Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the public website at deepdocs.net (the “Site”), operated by DeepDocs AI. The hosted product at access.deepdocs.net is a separate application and is covered by its own customer agreement when you create an account.

The service described here

DeepDocs AI offers software that helps life-science and medical-device teams automate literature extraction, screening, assessment, writing and updates (Deep Articles Mining, or DAM). Content on this Site is for information and demonstration. It is not medical advice, not a clinical decision-support device, and not a substitute for professional judgement or regulatory submissions.

Using the Site

  • Use the Site lawfully and only for legitimate business evaluation.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, or reverse engineer the Site.
  • Do not submit personal data of patients or other sensitive health information through demo booking or chat.

Demo bookings

Requesting a demo uses HubSpot Meetings. By booking, you ask us to contact you about DeepDocs. Scheduling is subject to availability. A demo does not create a paid subscription or grant product licences.

Third-party tools

The Site may load Intercom (support chat), Microsoft Clarity and Google tag (analytics, after consent), HubSpot Meetings, and YouTube videos. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Optional tools load only if you consent via the cookie banner.

Intellectual property

Logos, product names, screenshots, copy and design of the Site belong to DeepDocs AI or its licensors. You may not copy them except as needed to use the Site or as allowed by law.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or that descriptions of DAM features will match every future product release. Results shown in videos and screenshots are illustrative.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepDocs AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, including lost profits or lost data. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred euro (€100).

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If a dispute arises from the Site, it will be handled under the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
